Lead Pastor Search
In early 2025, Lead Pastor Jason Gallman announced that he would not be returning to his full-time role following medical leave though his condition had not worsened; he remains under steady treatment for his cancer. In the fall of 2025, Jason sensed God leading him back into the classroom and returned to teaching English at Franklin Community High School. He and his family continue to be involved at CCG as faithful congregants and volunteers.
To help guide the church through this season, Brad Barmore served faithfully as Interim Lead Pastor. During his planned 90-day sabbatical, a time set aside for rest, renewal, and family care, Brad discerned God’s leading to step down from full-time ministry. While he no longer serves in a full-time pastoral role, Brad and his family remain active members of CCG. Throughout this transition, church operations, preaching, and ministry have continued under the leadership of staff and elders.
Meanwhile, the elders formed a Lead Pastor Search Committee in September, consisting of three elders, three staff members, and five congregants. The committee has been prayerfully and diligently working through the search process and began interviewing the first round of candidates in December 2025. We continue to trust God’s provision and timing as He leads us into the next chapter of ministry together.

How can I
Get involved?
Fast & Pray
We invite you to join the staff, Elders and leaders of our church in praying and fasting on Thursdays. Every Thursday you’re welcome to attend a time of prayer from 12:00-12:30pm at the church. If you are unable to attend in person, email Dean Bouzeos in order to attend via a Zoom meeting.
Volunteer
While we are looking for a new lead pastor, the work of the Gospel has not stopped. As much now as any other time we need people giving their time and talent to the work of the Church. Signup here or contact Delora Craig for more information.
Join the Elders meeting, Public Session
The Elders hold a public meeting that all CCG members are welcome to join. Meetings are held at the church from 7-8 pm on the second Tuesday of each month.
Contact the Elders
The Elders welcome your insights and questions throughout this process. Please reach out via email to elders@ccgonline.org with any questions and please always feel free to stop us in the halls at any time! You can find the list of current Elders over on the Staff Page.
