Lead Pastor Search

LEAD PASTOR

Transition Summary

In early 2025, Lead Pastor Jason Gallman announced that he would not be returning to his full-time role following medical leave, though his condition had not worsened—he remains under steady treatment for his cancer. This fall, Jason has sensed God leading him back into the classroom, and is now teaching English at Franklin Community High School. He and his family remain involved at CCG as faithful congregants and volunteers.

To help guide us through this transition, Brad Barmore has been serving faithfully as Interim Lead Pastor. This fall, Brad is taking a planned 90-day sabbatical for rest, renewal, and family care—something he had been preparing for before this leadership change. During this time, church operations, preaching, and ministry will continue under the leadership of staff and elders.

Meanwhile, the elders have begun an open search for our next Lead Pastor. We are prayerfully trusting God’s provision and timing as He leads us into the next chapter of ministry together.
